Fringecup (Tellima grandiflora)

Price

$14.00

A lovely, compact perennial for shady areas of the garden. Tellima grandiflora is evergreen in mild climates, but will go dormant in colder environments and re-emerge in early spring.

The tall stalks of bell-shaped flowers and rounded leaves are reminiscent of other plants in the Saxifragaceae family, including common heuchera cultivars, and are indeed a nice, native substitution. An often underappreciated, yet hardworking and lovely addition to any shade garden.
