About the event
Are you excited to grow a native plant garden, but are limited by space or other practical constraints? In this workshop, we will learn how to grow Oregon native plants in container gardens. We will learn about which of our beloved plants do best in containers and discuss practical considerations such as potting media, light, and temperature. With some strategic planning, we can all grow small native plant gardens that bring us joy and benefit our fellow animal and insect communities!
Cost: $90 (Cost includes 4-5 plants, potting mix, and a terra cotta planter)
We can only accommodate 10 registrants. Please register early! Event will be followed by a book and plant sale to benefit Books for Kids from 2pm-6pm.
